Georges "Rush" St. Pierre made the best out of his title opportunity and handily defeated Matt Hughes to become the New Welterweight Champion. Tim "Maine-iac" Sylvia went the distance in an ugly fight to retain his Heavyweight title against Jeff "Snowman" Monson. Perhaps the big story was a dominating win by Brandon Vera over Frank Mir, which should set Vera up for a title fight with Tim Sylvia in the near future. I was screwed out of victory by my very own brain.

How might you ask? Well, once again I thought this was to take place on a Sunday, that being the day it is shown over here, only to find out when I went to make my picks that the event had already happened.

Damn you Bravo TV!! Stike up a deal to show the PPV's live and stop costing me victories on here!!

Me thinks Cochis should just enter his picks a couple days ahead of time to be sure he gets them in on time. Some times people your age have a hard time remembering dates. It's nothing to be ashamed of :)
