It should be closing at 8pm. Watsuki would be needed to confirm that and he isnt around. To be safe i'd say have your picks in before 7pm, if you notice the registration is still open after 7, then it means it'll be open until 8.

There's a problem with the picks for the Wilde/Kong match. It looks like about 13 picks aren't being counted because they don't match any of the choices. (My guess is that they're all picks for Wilde like RockChalk's where for some reason Wilde has the champion's (c) notation added for some reason.)

TNA Victory Road 2008 Play Per ReView

94 people entered the TNA Victory Road and relative new-comer RockChalk pulled out the win, finishing ahead of regular players MammaJamma22 and Texas Kelly. RockChalk got three picks wrong (including the no-contest main-event that only one person picked correctly) but he was able to correctly choose the winners in the key World X Cup matches, picking Team TNA to win the 12 man tag match and Team Mexico to win the Ultimate X match to finish with 298 points. MammaJamma22 finished in second with 269 points while the Mega Powers Texas Kelly ended up third with 260 points. tommyllama, rookie Lord Of Darkness and KevIncredible were other forum regulars to finish in the top ten. This is RockChalk's first Play Per View victory, in just his 5th TNA Play Per View (and 16th overall PPV), beating his previous best TNA PPV finish of 15th at Slammiversary 2008. This is also his first main-event game win, putting him equal 94th on the career standings (along with 47 others who have one win). RockChalk joins lfpnrg (2004), The Federation (2006) and LiQuid (2007) as players who have won a Victory Road PPV.

RockChalk's victory takes him to 22 points in the TNA Play Per View Grand Championship, good enough for equal 37th place despite not playing the first four PPV's of the season. Ronin and The Federation currently lead the way on 35 points apiece, ahead of huntercl1, KoolMoeDee and Thorias with 34 points each. The season ends at Bound For Glory which means there are just 3 Play Per Views remaining, and it looks certain to go down to the wire.

The closest match on the PPV was Awesome Kong vs Taylor Wild, with 42 people thinking Kong would take the TNA Knockout's title back while 51 people thought Taylor would retain. The highest scoring match was the main-event, which ended as a no contest that was correctly picked by just 1 person (xpunk) for 94 points; while only 5 people thought Team Mexico would win the Ultimate X match, including the winner RockChalk.

The next TNA Play Per View is Hard Justice on August 10th, while WWE's Great American Bash is next weekend on July 20th, with UFC Play Per Views also due on July 19th (Fight Night) and August 9th (UFC 87).

The Five Horsemen were the best performed faction for Victory Road, finishing with an average ranking of 37th and just holding out the Mega Powers (ave 40th) and The Outsiders (ave 41st) in the faction standings.
