Re: **TNA Bound For Glory 2008 PPV**
Just to point out for the Steel Asylum match, if one of the 11 guys I listed wins the match, even if other wrestlers compete in the match that aren't among the choices, the match will still count.
If someone who isn't one of the choices wins then the match won't be counted obviously.

I gotta start small and work my way to the top. I don't want to reach the pinnacle too early and burn out (ala Brock Lesnar.)

2008 TNA Bound For Glory Play Per View Review
http://www.stablewars.com/ppv/standings ... ory%202008
The 2008 TNA Bound For Glory Play Per View saw a record number of participants for a TNA PPV, with 118 entries beating the previous best turn out of 107 people for the previous No Surrender PPV, and fittingly for TNA's biggest Pay Per View of the year it took a perfect card for Team Discovery Channel's LiQuid to take out the victory. LiQuid scored 497 points in the PPV, the highest score in TNA PPV history, to beat out MammaJamma22, who only got one match wrong in scoring 404 points. the enforcer, aminshull and KevIncredible rounded out the top five, while Original Punk, Ronin and Demolition's Slater Reso JCMRRP and Rated R Superstar were forum members in the top ten, with Jimthor The Oblong just missing out in eleventh.
This is LiQuid's sixth Play Per View victory and second in TNA (along with 1 WWE PPV win and 3 UFC PPV wins), his previous TNA PPV win coming at Victory Road in 2007. LiQuid scores his 8th Main Event win, taking him to 17th in the career standings and 26th in the wrestling standings. This is also the sxith time a Team Discovery Channel member has won a PPV, moving them to fifth on the PPV faction standings and sixth in the Main Event Game faction standings. LiQuid joins PK (2005), westryde9 (2006) and hbk24 (2007) as players who have won a Bound For Glory PPV.
LiQuid's victory lifted him to fourth in the 2007/08 TNA Play Per View Grand Championship (http://www.stablewars.com/ppv/grand.php ... %202007-08), but in the end the Championship (which concluded at Bound For Glory) was won by Ronin, who's tenth place finish was enough to push him in front of faction-mate The Federation (who was looking for back-to-back Grand Championship wins) and give him a one point victory. Ronin had a consistent run, scoring at least three points in all but one Play Per View, with his best efforts coming in his victory at the Turning Point 2007 PPV. KoolMoeDee finished a further point back from The Federation in third place, ahead of LiQuid, with huntercl1, Jimthor The Oblong and lfpnrg ending up in equal fifth. Ronin thus joins The Federation (2006/2007), I Love Chris Nowinski (2005/2006) and Cochis & Texas Kelly (2004/2005) as TNA Play Per View Grand Championship winners.
The closest matches on the PPV were the two triple threat matches, with picks between Booker T, Christian and AJ Styles, as well as Awesome Kong, Taylor Wilde and Roxxi fairly evenly spread. Sting's victory over Samoa Joe was worth the most points (96 points), closely followed by Jay Lethal's win in the Steel Asylum match (93 points), while Jeff Jarrett defeating Kurt Angle was worth the least, with 73 of the 118 competitors correctly picking the outcome and scoring themselves 46 points.
For his effort LiQuid wins a copy of Scott Keith's upcoming book Dungeon of Death: Chris Benoit and the Hart Family Curse, while 83rd placed finisher Equalizer also won a book in the random drawing of all competitors. Copies of the book will once again be on the line at WWE Cyber Sunday PPV on October 26th and TNA's next PPV Turning Point on November 9th, while upcoming UFC Play Per Views include UFC 89: Bisping vs Leben on October 18th and UFC 90 Silva vs Cote on October 25th. Hope to see you all back for more then!

Ronin only won because I missed Sacrifice.
Ergo, I am the uncrowned champion.

And I missed Genesis too... plus Ronin won one of the PPVs which gains him big points... so consistency would go to either of us.
