Winner: matt cannelis
matt cannelis scored a perfect card and was just 11 seconds off on the tiebreaker, earning him his first Play-Per-View win. With Slammiversary being the only other PPV he has participated in he moves up to 86th place in the grand championships with 16 points. Conye West continues to lead the grand championship by 2 points with only the Bound for Glory PPV left for the season. lfpnrg and Macho Maddess trail by 2 points, RFP is back by 3 points, and Reverend Doom needs to make up 6 points in order to win.

Re: **TNA No Surrender PPV 2009**
Other than the swerve in the main event, this card was insanely predictable. I heartily approve of the decision to go with AJ & Sting in the main event of BFG over Angle & Lashley, though (assuming that Sting is going to job to AJ, of course).
