What's the difference between a grudge match and a Regular match?

Good point. I thought they were the same thing and people just called it whichever they preferred.

A grudge match is set up because theres a feud to be settled. A regular match is, well, when there's not a feud to be settled. I just took the match descriptions off of what ROH promotes the matches as.

Very good distinction.

I'm not on the up-and-up on these things, so I don't know who all is in the Bullet Club, but I read Doc Gallows will miss the show due to weather. If someone replaces him in the match or whatever happens to the match, it will not be scored correct?

You are correct.

After reading the rules I'm not sure. It says "should a match be changed significantly or not appear it will be omitted."

He wasn't replaced and I don't think him appearing or not appearing would've changed the outcome.

I would agree that it wasn't significantly changed. Does MVH make this ruling?

I think it's a consensus.

I'd argue it's no different than Ambrose vs. Rollins last year.

The match was advertised as such, Ambrose was taken out of the match, Rollins won by forfeit & it counted for Play-Per-View as a win for Rollins. I don't see how this is different, or why it shouldn't count.

It's kinda different. I mean, Rollins won the advertised match. This one was slightly changed. Either way, I would have no issue counting it.

Unless I just don't want you to win.

Both were slightly changed.
Spoiler!!! :
The Kingdom won the advertised match.
Where is the huge difference here? I argued from your perspective in the Ambrose/Rollins match and the majority ruled it should count.

Also this, you son of a :stick:

Did they not announce Rollins as winning by forfeit tho?

I don't know how this played out but I would think Bullet Club would have won their official debut if Gallows was there.

It was a small change, but a change nonetheless. I don't think it should count, but with that being said I won't be upset if it was counted. Depends on how everyone feels about it.
